Return & Refund Policy At Lockology, we love being able to provide you with amazing all natural loc / dreadlocks products. We stand behind our loc products, and we want to make sure you’re always satisfied. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. However, we will gladly remedy the issue you may be having. Please send us a detailed message or email letting us know what issues you may be having with your item. If your item arrived damaged please take photos of it in the damaged packaged and out the package and send to us in an email.
